Our Team is looking to add a compassionate, dedicated, full-time/part-time Veterinary Technician. We are looking for a veterinary technician that is a team player, who supports our doctors by providing high quality patient care and excellent client service.
Our Veterinary Technicians are responsible for a variety of duties around the clinic.
Some of those responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Assist with surgical procedures, monitor anesthesia, and draw up anesthetic drugs.
-Accurately fill prescription medications
-Efficiently and effectively place IV catheters and draw blood.
-Check in appointments and surgeries
-Assist during physical exams and have proper animal handing and restraint.
-General hospital maintenance (cleaning cages, feeding pets, keeping the treatment area clean, ect.)
-Care for hospitalized patients and sick pets (medicating, cleaning, walking ect.)

Receptionists
Receptionists are responsible for scheduling appointments, answering the telephone, setting up new clients and patients, preparation and maintaining medical records, admitting/discharging patients, filling prescriptions, assisting with animal restraint. Responsibilities also include mailing/faxing, operating computers, performing financial transactions, filling, and maintaining a clean office/reception area.
Veterinary Technicians
Technicians are responsible for assisting the doctors, restraining animals, performing laboratory procedures, taking radiographs, filling prescriptions, operating/maintaining instruments and equipment, monitoring patients during anesthesia, caring for hospitalized and post-operative patients, and communicating with clients.
