How do you use Frontline GOLD?
On both dogs and cats:
1) separate the hair on your pet between their shoulder blades
2) place the tip of the applicator directly on your pets skin
3) Position the dispensing tip on the dog’s back between the shoulder blades.
4) Use the dispensing tip of the tube to part the dog’s hair so that the product will be applied at skin level.
5) Begin squeezing out the contents of the tube to form a stripe as you move from the shoulder blades along the dog’s back to the base of the tail.

What are ear mites?
Ear mites are caused by a parasite seen more in cats, but can also affect dogs. Mites are found in the ear where they feed on the lining and cause inflammation, redness, and discomfort. Ear mites can spread from animal to animal, and common signs are rubbing or scratching at the ears. Please contact Frankfort Animal Care Center if you think you pet may have ear mites.
