Appointment Policy

To provide ample time and attention for each pet, doctor(s) appointments and routine surgical procedures are primarily by appointment only. Emergency cases will always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is possible.

Frankfort Animal Care Center also offers inpatient consultations to better accommodate you and your pet’s needs.  These appointments involve you bringing your pet at a convenient time and leaving them with us for a couple of hours. Usually, we ask you to drop off in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments and/or surgical procedures. Once your pet has been examined, the doctor will call you to discuss physical exam findings and treatment options.

Patient Arrival Policy

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam room. All cats must be secured in an appropriate cat carrier or on a leash.

Payment Policy

We require full payment at the time that services are rendered. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
